Octocon is OMG-inducingly excited to announce yet another wonderful guest for 2010 in the form of writer and director Alex de Campi! Alex is the  amazing writer of such fine comics, manga and bandes desinées as the Eisner Award-nominated Smoke (with Igor Kordey) for IDW, Kat and Mouse (with Frederica Manfredi) for Tokyopop and Messiah Complex (with Eduardo Ocaña) for Les Humanoïdes Associés.

Her work in recent times has extended to television, music videos and film. She has worked on Dive Olly Dive! for Kabillion jr. in Australia, the upcoming film Hardly Bare to Look at You and far too many music videos to list, the most infamous of which is possibly the Amanda Palmer Leeds United video, the video that led to The Rebellyon.

We're so excited to have Alex, and we hope you are, too!:)
